Tack on Insurance Charge without discussion
My big complaint with the location in Castle Rock, CO is that they tacked on an insurance charge without discussion. Insurance is apparently mandatory, but you can show them that you have your own insurance. However this was not even discussed with me. They arbitrarily assigned me an insurance level and charged me. I later found out and asked to have the lowest amount of insurance possible. They agreed to adjust my charges and told me they would mail me a refund check. I never received it. Two emails to their website "contact us" went ignored. Not even a response that they received my messages.
