No issues. They work with you
I love extra space storage because I am here in New Jersey while my furniture is out there in Florida. I've had only a few issues, and they have always been resloved? I always get the same person so that I don't have to hear the story of "I never was told, or that information was not passed on to me ". When my rate was increased, I was surprise to not have been notified first. That was because the letter was sent to my old address and they quickly resolved that months lease and was also given a resolution to my hike in monthly payment. They work with you! It's a scary thing to have all your beloved treasures so far from you. But I can trust that at least the KISSIMMEE office on Fortune Road to take care of my treasures
