EXTRA SPACE STORAGE Complaint

Extra Space Storage is horrible!
I do NOT recommend Extra Space Storage ! Their prices grow like mushrooms and they don't care about customers at all! In two years the price for my storage almost doubled! And after 2 years when I had an issue with them (too long to write here), they could not resolve it locally, so I wrote a letter to the CEO of Extra Space Storage and nobody even bothered to reply to my mail! And their Customer Support refused to give me the CEO's address, I had to find it on the internet! That is how much they value their customers!
I'm looking for a new storage, but there is no way I will ever use Extra Space Storage again!
