EXTRA SPACE STORAGE Complaint

Company Made Employees LIE
As a former employee, they made us lie about the "Required" insurance. We cant require it. Not to mention if anything ever did happen they are so picky on what they will cover. I havent seen anyone get their money. Price increases are a joke. Corporate would raise the rate and let us fend for ourselves for a reason why there was a rate increase when a customer came in so mad. They are a joke!!! Sorry I wasted my time!!!
