I was set on auto pay and was charged a late charge then told auto pay was never set up
By far the worst most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. Sherman oaks Site management (especially June) at this location is extremely unprofessional, the call center reps are friendly but not much help any issues you may have need to be forwarded... More...
